Ali spent the last 8 years managing SMUD’s Community Energy Services business providing operational support and consulting services to CCAs. She was responsible for strategic planning, P&L, business development, design and implementation of services, and management of client experiences. Prior, she was the manager of product design and development for SMUD for over 10 years - launching SMUDEnergyStore.com, SMUD’s Mobile App, SMUD’s Carbon Offset Program, Home Electricity Reports, SMUD’s Whole House Performance Program and more. She is Design Thinking trained and certified consistently delivering human-centered solutions, and a motivational leader with a Master’s in Business Administration.
